When you don't plan your day then you won't be\n                  as productive as a person who had planned thier day.\n                </p>\n                <p>\n                  If you think you have lots of free time and can remember what\n                  things to do at what time then you are wrong. If you plan your\n                  day then you would have less or no time for unproductivity\n                  stuffs and wouldn't rather tend to waste time.\n                </p>\n              </div>\n            </div>\n            <div class=\"my-2 p-2\">\n              <h4>2.Write down the tasks</h4>\n              <div class=\"m-2\">\n                <p>\n                  Break your tasks for the day into small chunks and write it on\n                  a sheet of paper. Mark it as done when you complete that\n                  relevant task(don't lie to yourself).\n                </p>\n                <p>\n                  Believe me, you are gonna be happy when you mark your task as\n                  done and would be even more happier when you see that all the\n                  tasks has been marked as done at the end of the day.\n                </p>\n              </div>\n            </div>\n            <div class=\"my-2 p-2\">\n              <h4>3.Take regular breaks</h4>\n              <div class=\"m-2\">\n                <p>\n                  The most important thing to be productive is to take regular\n                  breaks because it helps your brain to be relaxed for some\n                  time.\n                </p>\n                <p>\n                  Don't over work because it causes burnout and loss of\n                  ambition. Studying/Working for long hours would be necessary\n                  but not at a strech and that would be less efficient if you\n                  don't take breaks.\n                </p>\n                <p>\n                  Customize your timing preferences like work for 25mins and\n                  take 5mins break or work for 45mins and take 15mins break(I\n                  follow the first routine).\n                </p>\n              </div>\n            </div>\n            <div class=\"my-2 p-2\">\n              <h4>4.Stay healthy</h4>\n              <div class=\"m-2\">\n                <p>\n                  You need to take care of what you eat because you are not\n                  gonna be a body builder who can burn calories by doing\n                  hardcore workouts.\n                </p>\n                <p>\n                  Do regular exercise for atleast 30mins or more which\n                  essentially helps your body being fit for the day. Start doing\n                  30(10reps x 3times) pushups, 45(15reps x 3times) crunches and\n                  some of streching/bending exercises.\n                </p>\n                <p>\n                  Remember to stay hydrated which would help you to concentrate\n                  while programming. It doesn't sound like a big habit, so take\n                  a bottle of water and stay hydrated when you work/study.\n                </p>\n                <p>\n                  The toughest habit for a programmer who loves to code is to\n                  get minimum 7hrs of sleep.
